(2)Needs to switch between multiple websites for price and review comparison

(1)Find reliable, high-quality gear without overspending
(2)Get recommendations for essential camping items as a beginner
User Summary
I conducted user interviews, surveys, and in-store observations to understand how campers shop for gear and services. At the beginning, I assumed that price would be the primary factor driving purchase decisions. However, my research revealed that users also value detailed product information, expert and liked minded people recommendations, and the ability to combine online browsing with in-store experiences.
This shifted my focus from purely cost-driven assumptions to designing a platform that supports informed decision-making, builds trust, and integrates both product sales and service offerings.
